About the program
Take Control of Your Diabetes
Our Diabetes Program gives adults living with diabetes access to a new treatment approach not yet widely available, along with extra time and attention from a medical team focused on diabetes care.
You may qualify if you:
- Are 18 years of age or older
- Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, type 1 diabetes or prediabetes
- Live in South Florida (Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach)
- Can attend scheduled visits at our office
What participants receive:
- Compensation for time and participation
- Free transportation to and from visits
- Program-related visits, lab work and medication at no cost
- Regular check-ups and blood sugar monitoring
Final eligibility is determined by our medical team during a free screening visit.

Qualified participants receive compensation for their time. The amount is explained before you join.
Do I have to stop my current diabetes medication?
Do not change any medication on your own. Our medical team will review your current treatment with you during screening.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your information is kept confidential and used only to contact you about our medical programs.
Can I leave the program?
Yes. Participation is voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time.
